As the organiser, there is no setup fee and no subscription to pay. You pay a single flat platform fee on each author payment when an author pays a fee to submit a paper, the same model registration and ticketing platforms use. Your cost scales with your conference, and there is nothing else to pay.

Yes, and it is a full review engine, not a bolt-on. Every paper gets a structured AI review with an overall assessment, a score, an accept/revise/reject recommendation and specific corrections, with no usage caps. When the author resubmits, the AI re-checks the revision against the original feedback and scores its compliance, so you can approve every paper that clears the bar in one click and send it straight to the Book of Proceedings. All of that is covered by the same platform fee.

It is the follow-up chat an author can have with the AI about their review, to understand and action each correction. It costs your conference nothing and is never billed to you. Every author gets a free monthly message allowance; an author who wants more subscribes directly with SayPeace. That subscription is a SayPeace platform product, the payment goes to SayPeace rather than to your conference, and it is entirely optional for the author.

Yes. You can request a custom domain when you create your conference, and we handle the purchase, SSL and DNS setup for you. Just let us know in the request form.
